Public research policy

Editorial Independence

Research stays separate from commercial relationships. VenueVeritas does not currently have commercial partners.

Standing rules

These labels describe the record. They are not a safety score.

  • Research Confidence describes evidence coverage. It does not mean an operator is safe.
  • Verified means a specific source check succeeded. It is not a general endorsement.
  • Unknown remains unknown. Missing evidence is not filled in.
  • Check times and change times belong to the records they describe.
  • Commercial relationships cannot buy a research conclusion.
  • VenueVeritas does not recommend a venue or tell a reader to trade.

Editorial control

Research conclusions are written from recorded evidence.

Commercial conversations do not set labels, coverage or publication timing.

Separation

If commercial relationships exist later, they will be disclosed and kept apart from the public record.

No current partner list is published because no partners are in place.

Affiliate and referral relationships

VenueVeritas does not currently operate affiliate or referral programmes.

If such relationships are added later, they will not purchase a rating, ranking or research conclusion.

Sponsored material

Sponsored material, if ever published, will be labelled as such.

Sponsored material is not a substitute for the public research file.

Calls to action

The public record is not a sales page.

Any later commercial call to action will stay visually and editorially separate from research labels.

Disclosure

Independence is a standing rule, not a claim that VenueVeritas currently has partners.

See the Affiliate Disclosure for the same principle in legal form.

Verification stays independent

Source checks are not sold.

An operator cannot pay to change a verification status.

What this page cannot do

Independence describes process. It does not certify an operator.

Safety
Independence does not mean a trading venue is safe.
Research Confidence
Coverage labels remain descriptions of evidence, not of safety.
Incidents
Independence does not decide whether a public incident is resolved.
Regulatory records
Independence does not replace a regulator register or a licence check.

Methodology, sources, corrections and independence stay on the public record.
